You’ll need:

  • 100mg CBD oil*
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup citric acid
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Bath bomb mold (optional)
  • Natural food coloring (optional)
  • 20 drops of scented essential oil, such as lavender (optional)

*Be sure to properly source your CBD oil, and only choose products properly tested for safety and purity for the greatest efficacy.

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all liquid ingredients together.
  3. Slowly stir all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  4. Finally, tightly pack the fully blended mixture into a bath bomb mold, or just use your hands to round into a ball and set onto a cookie sheet to firm. Allow to set for at least 24 hours.
